At Newtime, we are committed to delivering your commercial refrigeration equipment safely and efficiently.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because our products are large commercial appliances, we may contact you by phone or email to confirm your order information and delivery address before shipment. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–15 business days after the order ships, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Most large equipment orders are shipped by LTL freight carrier. The carrier may contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Method

Free standard shipping includes curbside delivery with liftgate service.

The driver will unload the item from the truck and place it at the nearest accessible curbside or driveway location.

Inside delivery, unpacking, installation, or moving the item into your building is not included. If you need additional delivery services, please arrange them directly with the carrier. Extra fees may apply.

Delivery Requirements

Please make sure your delivery address is accessible to a large freight truck. If the location is difficult to access, such as a narrow street, gravel road, or restricted area, the carrier may deliver to the nearest accessible point.

If you refuse delivery because the carrier cannot provide inside delivery, return shipping costs and related fees may be deducted from your refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the package and product carefully while the driver is present.

If there is visible damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

For minor cosmetic damage, you may accept the shipment and contact us for assistance.

For severe damage, please refuse the shipment and write “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt.

If the delivery receipt is signed without noting damage, the carrier may treat the shipment as received in good condition, which may affect the claim process.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
